Necessary for containerized receptor functionality
Add Dependancy 'podman-remote' and 'receptorctl' to support using awx-ee to run receptor on remote execution node
For testing build/publish workflow
Build and publish amd64 and arm64 awx-ee images
* Adds what should be working CI * Remove unused ansible collections * Add netaddr python module
* Update ansible-core to v2.16.4 (latest release) * Update ansible-runner to v2.3.5 (latest release) * Update receptor to v1.4.4 (latest release) Also add `setuptools` python requirement to other CI tasks.
